An Interview with Sandy Dupleich

In this podcast, I had the pleasure of being interviewed as a Career Ownership Coach™ with The Entrepreneur’s Source®, where I shared my journey of transformation and how I help others take control of their careers.  My path began in small business, where I spent over 35 years as a part owner in my family’s language services company. When the pandemic hit, it gave me the space to reflect and realize I was ready for a new challenge and a new chapter in my professional life.

That reflection led me to Microsoft, where I worked as a Senior Business Operations Manager and gained valuable corporate experience. After being impacted by industry-wide layoffs, I took it as an opportunity to reassess my goals and rediscover what truly motivated me. Through conversations with a coach from The Entrepreneur’s Source®, I learned about the concept of career ownership, and it immediately resonated with me.

Now, as a Career Ownership Coach™, I help others do the same by taking stock of their goals, strengths, and aspirations to create a more fulfilling future.
